  Her responsibilities include cooking, cleaning, laundry and, most importantly, looking after our children, in particular our daughter Sally who was 7 years old when Charlotte first started working for us. Charlotte made an enormous difference to our lives. Her presence allowed both of us to go to work, which occasionally involved weeks when we are both away at the same time, with complete trust that the family and home were well cared for. She bought order to our disorganised household, with good nature and flexibility. The house is always clean and tidy, our clothes washed and pressed and the children safe and fed. She is punctual, reliable and honest.
