  To whom it may concern, Chiara Flisi has been employed by myself and our family for the past year. Chiara's main role was to ensure the safety and well being of our 2year old daughter. Her duties included full day care; entertaining, feeding, changing, dressing, putting to sleep and taking her on outings. Her other duties included cooking, cleaning, and organizing of both our other cildren 12 and 15years and of the household. Chiara has the most beautiful, bubbly personality that is infectious to anyone she meets. Adults and children alike are drawn to her. She has an incredibly warm, nurturing manner that won her over after only a short introduction with our family. She is organized, efficient,  extremely competent, and her communication skills both written and verbal are excellent. Chiara would be an asset to any organization. She is extremely well mannered, beautifully spoken, and takes pride in everything she does. Her attitude towards any situation cannot be faulted. We were very sad to see her leave and wish her all the best, although we secretly wish that she will return!
