Licensed Medical Doctor & Compassionate Senior Caregiver

Having been a licensed medical doctor for over 2 years, and even as a medical student, I have cared for patients of all ages, with a special focus on the elderly. I have learned the importance of empathy, patience, and truly listening to someone’s needs. I take pride in offering care that respects each person’s dignity, comforts them in vulnerable moments, and improves their quality of life. One experience that shaped my approach was caring for an elderly patient who had recently lost her spouse. She was withdrawn and anxious, hesitant to participate in daily activities. By spending time with her, understanding her fears, and gently encouraging small steps toward independence, I helped her regain confidence and a sense of normalcy. Experiences like this remind me that caregiving is about heart as much as skill, it’s about presence, compassion, and lifting someone’s spirit when they need it most. I am currently 24 years old and pursuing a Master’s in Global Health at the University of Geneva. I am looking for a part-time caregiver role that allows me to contribute meaningfully while continuing my studies. With my medical background, hands-on experience, and natural empathy, I am confident that I can provide reliable, professional, and heartfelt care to every client.
